Risk Management Policy

Risk management or risk control is a philosophy or process for protecting of an organisations’ assets, income, liabilities and personnel against both predictable and unpredictable losses.

Everyone within our organisation must share responsibility for establishing this inherent risk management culture and progressively entrenching the culture throughout the organisation.  We must ensure that our risk management objectives, procedures and expectations are established and accepted by all.

It is the express intention of OPEAM Pty Ltd that all employees and/or sub-contract employees will strictly adhere to the procedures in place at any client worksite.
